How we deliver your orders
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within India, with services offered on a pilot basis in the Delhi/NCR region. We do not ship to FPO/APO or P.O. Box addresses. A complete and valid delivery address with phone number is mandatory for order processing. Orders without a valid phone number will not be dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.
- Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat delivery charge of ₹50.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Approximately 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timelines
Transit time is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on delivery location. Bulky or hazardous products cannot be shipped by air and will be sent via surface transport, which may take 1–6 business days depending on the destination.

Order Tracking
All orders are trackable while in transit. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Partial Shipments
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses based on product availability. In such cases, you may receive your order in multiple shipments, typically within a 2–3 day gap. If you experience delays or missing shipments, please contact us:
Out-of-Stock Items
While we strive to fulfill all orders completely, some items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you via phone or email to:
- Offer a suitable replacement, or
- Ship the remaining available items
If payment has been received for unavailable items, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
