
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We hope you never have to use this page. However, if needed, please review the following carefully.
General Return Guidelines
- Please do not accept delivery if the original packaging is damaged or tampered with.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
While raising a return request, please keep the following ready:
- Order ID
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product in the condition received
Eligible Return Scenarios
Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect product
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue, email us at care@premsta.com with supporting photos/videos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Products sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized stationery products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement product is to:
- Place a return request for the original item
- After approval, place a new order for the desired product
Direct exchanges are not supported.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes a quality check at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of successful quality approval.
- For prepaid orders, the amount may take an additional 3–4 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- You may cancel your order by logging into your account and submitting a cancellation request.

If the Order Has Already Been Shipped
- You may still request cancellation, and we will attempt to stop delivery.
- However, once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee stoppage.
- In such cases, please refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us.
Cancellation Refunds
- If the order was not dispatched, refunds will be initiated within 1–2 business days.
- If the order was dispatched, the refund will be processed after the item is received back at our facility and passes quality checks.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after processing.

Premsta reserves the right to approve or reject return, refund, or cancellation requests in accordance with this policy.
